Terms of Service

Welcome to Saturdays. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Saturdays is a real-time college football recommendation service: we score every live game on a number of factors and surface the one most worth watching at any given moment. We’re a recommendation tool — we don’t broadcast games or carry any video.

Your account

You agree that:

You’re at least 13 years old (we enforce this during onboarding).
The information you give us is accurate.
You’re responsible for activity on your account, including keeping your password safe.
You won’t share your account with others.

If we suspect your account is being used to break these terms or to harm others, we may suspend or terminate it. We’ll tell you why when we do.

Subscriptions and billing

Two plans:

Monthly — $7.99 per month, billed monthly, auto-renews until you cancel.
Season Pass — $39.99 for an annual access window, auto-renews until you cancel.

Pricing in US Dollars. Billing happens through Stripe; we never see your card details directly.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then.
We don’t generally issue partial refunds for the period in progress. If something went genuinely wrong on our end, email us and we’ll figure it out.

Price changes

If we change pricing, current subscribers keep their existing rate through the end of the paid period they’re in. New prices apply on the next renewal, and we’ll email you in advance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mass-download, or systematically copy data from the service.
Resell, sublicense, or republish our recommendations or data feed.
Reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, or interfere with the service’s normal operation.
Use the service to break any law or to harass other users.

Game data and accuracy

We pull live game state from third-party sources (ESPN, CollegeFootballData) and run our own scoring on top. We do our best to keep things current and accurate, but we don’t guarantee that scores, rankings, or recommendations will always be correct or up-to-the-second. Don’t use Saturdays for sports betting or any decision where accuracy matters in a way money or safety depends on.

Intellectual property

We own the Saturdays name, the website, the recommendation algorithm, and the related branding and code. Your account data and your inputs (favorites, notes, sandbox feedback) belong to you; you grant us a limited license to use them only for running the service for you.

Disclaimers

Saturdays is provided “as is.” We don’t make warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We can’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Saturdays’ total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Saturdays at any time and delete your account from Account → Data & privacy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we’ll update the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
